Read this section before anything else. It is the basis on which the whole service operates.
RegimeLab publishes market intelligence, not financial advice. It reads the state of the markets it tracks and reports that state. It classifies each tracked pair as trending, ranging or bearish on the four-hour candle, records how long that state has held, and tells you when it changes.
RegimeLab does not tell you what to trade. It does not give trade signals. It does not give entry prices, exit prices, stop levels or position sizes. It does not recommend buying or selling anything. It does not predict what any market will do next. Nothing it publishes is a personal recommendation, and nothing it publishes takes account of your circumstances, your objectives or your attitude to risk.
RegimeLab is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are not authorised to give investment advice and we do not give it. If you want advice on whether a particular investment is right for you, speak to someone authorised to give it.
Trading carries risk. Cryptocurrency markets in particular can move sharply and you can lose money, including all of it. Any decision you take after reading RegimeLab is your decision, taken on your own judgement and at your own risk.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RegimeLab is operated by an individual in the United Kingdom.
You need an account to use the application. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keeping access to that email address secure is what keeps your account secure.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@regimelab.io if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in link or your API keys.

The annual plans are charged once for twelve months at the price of ten.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell existing subscribers by email before the change applies to them, and the new price will only take effect at their next renewal.
You can cancel at any time through the customer portal, reached from your account page. Cancelling through the portal takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
Deleting your account is different. Deletion is immediate. It cancels your subscription straight away, and the remainder of any paid period is not refunded. The confirmation step tells you this before you proceed.
We do not otherwise offer refunds for periods already paid for, except where consumer law requires it.
The free plan covers Bitcoin only, in the application and through the API. Paid plans cover every pair we track. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire.
Every plan includes an API key. What the key can reach, and how often you can call it, depends on your plan.

Keys are personal to your account and must not be shared or resold. We may adjust these limits to keep the service working for everyone, and the current limits are always shown on the API page in the application.
Do not use the API to reconstruct and redistribute the service to others. You may use the data it returns within your own systems and your own trading.
RegimeLab is a scheduled read, not a real-time feed. Readings are produced approximately every fifteen minutes.
We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption. We do not offer an uptime commitment. The service depends on market data from third parties, and on hosting and messaging providers, any of which can fail or delay. Alerts may be late or may not arrive.
Do not build anything that depends on RegimeLab being available, or on an alert arriving, where a failure would cost you something you cannot afford to lose.
We take care over how the service classifies market state, but we do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete or current. Classification is derived from third-party market data that may itself be wrong or delayed, and the method is a description of what has happened, not a measurement of a fact with one correct answer.
Check anything that matters against the market itself. The product is designed so that you can: every reading it gives can be checked against the chart in front of you.
Do not use the service to break the law. Do not attempt to gain access to parts of it you have not been granted, to disrupt it, or to test its security without our written permission. Do not scrape the site or the application. Do not represent RegimeLab output as financial advice, yours or ours, to anyone else.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
The site, the application, and the way RegimeLab presents market state belong to us. You may use the output within your own trading and your own systems. You may embed the tools we publish as embeddable, keeping the attribution link intact. You may not otherwise copy, resell or redistribute the service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or other financial loss arising from your use of the service or from your inability to use it. This is the direct consequence of what the service is: it reports market state, and every decision taken after reading it is yours.
Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, you have rights under consumer law that these terms do not affect.
You can stop using the service at any time, and delete your account whenever you want.
We may end your access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering the service, we will tell subscribers by email and refund the unused part of any period already paid for.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
